Harris & James and Whitby Distillery have worked together to create something truly special - a chocolate collection that captures the spirit of the North Yorkshire coast in every bar. Distiller's Solace is the bar closest to the distillery's heart: the actual botanicals of Whitby Gin - juniper berries, dried orange peel, hibiscus and cardamom - infused into velvety dark chocolate and finished with a whisper of sea salt.
We've taken our 55% dark chocolate - crafted bean to bar in our Suffolk chocolate factory from 100% traceable, ethically sourced cacao - and layered in the distillery's signature botanicals. Distillers know spirit; chocolate makers know cacao. Put the two together and you get gin lovers' chocolate done properly: bright juniper, citrus and floral notes against smooth dark chocolate, balanced by sea salt - bold, aromatic and unmistakably coastal. Made for pairing with a G&T, naturally.
