Shipping policy

Order Processing 

Orders are picked and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders are usually dispatched same day with a cut of time of 3pm Monday to Friday and 10am on Saturday.  If a product is out of stock you will be notified of a delay and offered a substitution or product refund.  

 

Delivery Times 

All orders are fully tracked with Royal mail with 24 and 48 options.  Deliveries are made 7 days per week. 

 

Free Delivery

All orders over £25 benefit from free tracked 2 day delivery service. 

Delivery Charges

Free two day delivery on orders over £25

Orders between £0 to £24.99 are charged at  £2.99 for tracked 2 day and £3.49 for next day delivery. 

orders over £25 can be upgraded  to next day delivery  for a fee of 89p.  

 

Delivery to a Evri locker

This  option is available and can be selected during check out.
