Colombia is one of the world’s largest coffee producers and the largest producer of washed coffee and very proud of the amount of different varieties available throughout its regions.

Harvest period Colombia general: Main crop from October to January and Mitaca or mid-crop - about 30 to 40% of the annual production - from March up to July.

Harvest period Cauca: Main crop from April to August and Mitaca or mid-crop - about 20% of the annual production - from October up to February.

Tasting Notes: Intense fragrance and aroma, medium acidity with floral notes, medium body, well balanced. Mild aftertaste with sweet and citric notes.
