Our award-winning bean to bar chocolate made by our expert chocolate makers in Suffolk from single origin 80% chocolate from Ecuador is combined with an aromatic blend of special botanicals used in Adnams Copper House Dry Gin. A sprinkle of Juniper on the top completes this speciality chocolate. The result is a beautifully smooth flavoursome chocolate withs notes of red fruit, spice and orange. A spectacular treat to be enjoyed at any time.

This means we can roast at lower temperatures, giving our chocolate a more full-bodied flavour, imbued with the natural character of the growing region. Only 1% of chocolate globally is made this way, but we think it is worth the effort. Why?
