This coffee bean is mainly harvested on the side of the Pacific in a region of three volcanic mountains with a high precipitation. Drying takes place totally in the sun, and almost 95% of the coffee is cultivated by small producers in an artisanal manner.
All our coffee beans at Harris & James are small batch pan-roasted, ground to order and shipped as soon as possible to ensure you enjoy the freshest of brews.
