Carefully created with bean to bar chocolate made by our master chocolate makers in Suffolk, they are combined with our very own small batch, hand roasted, ethically grown coffee. There are very few chocolate makers who are in the envious position of producing both their own coffee from ethically grown arabica beans as well as their own award-winning chocolate! The indulgent combination of chocolate and coffee flavours make for the perfect gift for any occasion. Our Barista Individual Chocolate Selection Box contains 12 delicious chocolates – 4 each of:

Caramel Latte Chocolate – our version of a proper frothy caramel coffee topped with toffee crystals encased in caramelised chocolate.
Espresso Dark Chocolate – our finest 70% cacao dark chocolate with freshly ground dark roasted arabica coffee beans as the intense essential ingredient and topped with an edible coffee bean.
Flat White Chocolate – topped with a chocolate sprinkle, the classic smooth finish of a flat white coffee has been emulated and encased in our very best milk chocolate.

Harris & James are proud to be a Bean to Bar chocolate maker. We source our cacao direct from trusted growers, offering above market rate to get the best cacao beans. This means we can roast at lower temperatures, giving our chocolate a more full-bodied flavour, imbued with the natural character of the growing region. Only 1% of chocolate globally is made this way, but we think it is worth the effort. Why? Combined with our small batch, artisanal process, this makes decadently smooth, rich, flavoursome chocolate, leaving a delicious taste in your mouth and a smile on our growers’ faces.
