Of course beer and coffee are two real favourites, so what if we combined them? Well, we think that the expectation of this combination truly delivers and gives a little extra umph on a traditional Irish stout. Chocolate, brown and roasted barley malts are layered to give a rich roasted flavour, then a secret amount of a Harris & James signature coffee blend is added to give it that distinct coffee aroma and taste, with a smooth and not too dry finish.
Our Coffee Stout has been crafted exclusively for us by Tindall Brewery which was originally founded in 1998 in the heart of Tindall Woods and has since been resurrected by the next generation focusing on producing modern award-winning beers with the finest ingredients.
You can couple this coffee flavoured beer with a wide variety of different foods - desserts may be an obvious choice but there is no reason a coffee beer such as this couldn’t be an excellent partner to a charcoal grilled steak at your next barbecue, or why not make it your drink of choice to couple with your favourite cheeseboard?
