Hand crafted, small batch, bean to bar chocolate made with the ne beans from Colombia’s Caribbean coast of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. The beans grow from the coastal forest into the lower highlands up to an altitude of 800 meters and have warm depths and gentle avours of sweet spices, lemongrass, liquorice and sesame. La Lengüeta empower the Arhuaco people to preserve their ancestral lands and forests while growing sustainable cacao, coffee and subsistence crops.
