Hand crafted, small batch, bean to bar chocolate made from Vietnam’s beans. This is a young cacao growing region and has been widely recognised for producing some of the finest cacao in Asia.  The Cacao development centre located at Ben Tre has educated the farmers on the best fermentation and drying techniques known to date and this has resulted in some of the best Cacao in the world.
