As many of our loyal customers have been keen to share their Harris & James’ experiences with their friends and family, we’ve developed an easy to use Gift Card that can be simply redeemed in-store, online, and in conjunction with Apple Wallet, to buy any of our products from our luxury boxes of chocolates to our hand-roasted coffee.
Our Harris & James Gift Cards can be purchased for any denomination and are valid for use in our Harris & James stores in Southwold, Aldeburgh, Sheringham, Holt, Cromer and Norwich, and online at www.harrisandjames.com.
Simply select the denomination required and after checkout, you will receive an email with a unique Gift Card code – perfect for Birthdays, Christmas, Anniversaries, or just as a special Thank You.
ONLINE: The Gift Card email can be easily forwarded to the designated recipient who can then use it to redeem the value of the Gift Card by entering its unique code at the online checkout.
APPLE WALLET: (for iphone and ipad): On receipt of the Gift Card email, the recipient can visit their device’s Settings Menu and select ‘Wallet & Apple Pay’. This is where the Gift Card information can be input for use online or in-store.
IN-STORE: The QR code or unique code from the Gift Card email must be presented for payment in-store at the time of purchase. This can be presented either digitally on a phone or printed out.
All Gift Cards hold a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order and can include shipping if being used online. If the balance available on the Gift Card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before completing their order, either online or in-store.
Valid for two years from purchase, but unfortunately, they cannot be redeemed in our Twyfords store in Beccles.
