The 3 varieties included in this gorgeous selection are hand-crafted by our master chocolate makers from just the finest of ingredients including our own blend of award-winning bean to bar chocolate from ethically sourced cacao. This beautifully packaged selection of iconic flavours makes the perfect Christmas gift for friends or family. The box contains 12 individually wrapped treats, 4 each of:

Raspberry Eton Mess Chocolate – a raspberry ice cream taste sensation enveloped in our finest white chocolate and garnished with tiny meringue pieces.
Sticky Toffee Chocolate – our version of a sticky toffee pudding covered with toffee crystals encased in caramelised chocolate.
English Trifle Chocolate – jelly and custard, topped with freeze-dried raspberries and wrapped in our finest white chocolate.

Harris & James are proud to be a Bean to Bar chocolate maker. We source our cacao direct from trusted growers, offering above market rate to get the best cacao beans. This means we can roast at lower temperatures, giving our chocolate a more full-bodied flavour, imbued with the natural character of the growing region. Only 1% of chocolate globally is made this way, but we think it is worth the effort. Why? Combined with our small batch, artisanal process, this makes decadently smooth, rich, flavoursome chocolate, leaving a delicious taste in your mouth and a smile on our growers’ faces.
